A Wet Start

I hope you all had a nice Labor Day Weekend. Tuesday proved to be a very wet start to the week. The Third Grade mile run will be postponed until next Tuesday, so lets hope the weather is kind to us that day. Third and fourth grade students will complete the remaining components of the Presidential Fitness Challenge this week. Our first sport unit on tap will be our kickball / softball unit. All grades will take part in this unit. Lead-up games focused on kicking and base running will be taught to our younger students and our more experienced students will play games focused on strategy and teamwork. We look forward to the week ahead. :-)
